As we enter 2025, I feel both honored and humbled to take on the role of Executive Director at Manan Seva Sansthan (SEVA), an organization that has been a pillar of grassroots development since 1989. Our mission—to elevate the most marginalized segments of society, including small farmers, women, and children—has never been more urgent.

In a world facing the dual challenges of climate change and socio-economic inequality, SEVA remains deeply committed to community-driven solutions. Through our work in sustainable agriculture, climate change adaptation, education, healthcare, skill development, and rights advocacy, we aim to build resilient, self-reliant communities rooted in dignity and opportunity.

In 2025, we reaffirm our pledge to listen, to learn, and to lead with compassion. I invite all our partners, supporters, and well-wishers to walk with us on this journey of transformation.
