Manav Seva takes great care to process donations according to the instructions provided by our donors , both online and offline. However, in the uncommon event of an incorrect donation or if the donor wishes to cancel his donation, Manav Seva will react within 7 working days of receiving a legitimate reimbursement request from the donor. The sort of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction will determine how quickly the donation is refunded.

Within two days of making the donation, the donor must submit Manav Seva a written request for a refund to Manav Seva’s official address or email manavsevaindia.org, together with- 

1. Proof of the deduction of the donation amount.
2. If the donor has already received the donation receipt, the donor must return the original receipt to us at our office addresses.
3. If the tax exemption certificate has already been obtained, we regret that we will be unable to return the gift. However, if a genuine refund request is made owing to a mistake on Manav Seva's part, Manav Seva will return the donation and cover the associated costs.
4. International donations will take at least 10 days to be refunded.
